How do we deliver your order?
We process your order as soon as we receive it. We check your products carefully to make sure they are in perfect condition. Then we pack them securely and send them to our reliable delivery partner. They will deliver your order to you as fast as possible. If they have any trouble reaching your address or finding a suitable time, they will get in touch with you to sort it out.
How do we package your items?
We care about the environment and the safety of your order. That's why we use eco-friendly cardboard boxes made from 100% recycled paper. We also use paper-fillers instead of plastic bubble wrap whenever possible. We are always looking for ways to reduce our plastic use and find new solutions for our packaging.
Where do we ship our products?
We only ship within India at the moment.
How can you track your order?
You will get a confirmation message on your email and phone number after you place your order. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation. You can track your order status by clicking on the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. You can also opt to get order updates on WhatsApp.
How long will it take to get your order?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We keep most of our products in stock, but some products may need to be ordered from the brand directly. This ensures that you get fresh and quality products. However, this may cause some delay in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.
Will your order be shipped in multiple shipments?
There is no need to worry if your order is shipped in multiple shipments. This means that some items in your order may come from different warehouses. You will only pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first shipment you receive.
